We know from our minimal repro that the freeze is caused by some interaction between two eBPF programs: one that runs on a context switch, and one that runs on the sampling interrupt. Both programs use bpf_ringbuf_reserve to reserve space in a ring buffer, and that function uses the rqspinlock (which we now understand very well) to protect the ring buffer state.
